The module (1) has inflatable pouches (30, 31) housed on front and at rear of a safety helmet, respectively, and an air pump (2) connected to the pouches. An air suction non-return valve (50) and air return non-return valve (51) are connected to an inflatable internal chamber in independent manner. The valve (51) is communicated with the pouch (31) without presence of the chamber to form extension or buffer zone of a rigid or non-inflatable intermediate volume. The valves are placed directly between the pouches and the air pump.
