The device has a tubular frame (1) sustained by interchangeable wheels (2) at a rear side and a front wheel (19) at front side, where the wheels have diameter of 20 centimeters. The wheels are fixed in a fork (4) inclined at 45 degrees and pivoted along an angle of 180 degrees. The wheels are driven by a roller fixed in an end of an axle of a gear motor. A 12 volt battery (10) is fixed to the frame to provide electrical supply to the wheels. The gear motor is controlled by two push-button switches (14) mounted in parallel at the level of support handles (21).
