The box (1) has a blocking element (11) i.e. pivoting bolt, mounted on flanges (9) between passive and active positions (A, B). The element is at distance from a stopper (12), and cooperates with the stopper in the positions such that vertical displacement of a rolling curtain is free and impossible, respectively. A spiral type compensating spring (5) has an external end (7) to maintain the element in the position (A) in normal functional mode of the spring. Pull off springs displace the element towards the position (B) in breakage of the spring (5) by a safety lock (14) and a connection part. The safety lock is made of metallic material, or friable or flexible material. The connection part is made of metallic or plastic material, and is constituted of a wire.
