The device has diaphragms (9a, 9b) respectively located at distances (X1, X2) from outlet openings of injection channels (5a, 5b). The diaphragms are placed remote from each other. The gap between the diaphragms permits phase shifting of flames formed respectively in the outlet of the channels in response to acoustic stress. The opening diameter of the diaphragms is identical. Swirling elements are placed in the injection channels.
