The stake has two connection elements for connecting three receiving elements e.g. annular ring (12). Each connection element has a horizontal spacer (14) with two opposite ends (22) in which each end has a fixation unit e.g. female tubular section (24), for cooperating with one of fixation units e.g. male head (20), of the ring in a removable manner for constituting the stake with various stem configurations under a form of a horizontal trellis. The trellis comprises a triangular main mesh for rigidifying the trellis and/or receiving plant stems.
