The apparatus for treatment of liquids by pulsed radiation, comprises a light (23) emitting the radiation, circuits for transporting the liquid, a distribution box, a collection box, and a reflector. Each circuit comprises transparent tubes (24) with pulsed radiation. The tubes have a distance and length same as that of light, and are connected in series with the distribution and collection boxes and made of quartz. The reflector is surrounded by the tubes, and is formed of a cylindrical casing (43) at its internal face. The casing is co-axial to the light and solidarized with the boxes.
