The back-pack has an inflatable cushion (8) including an inflation valve (12) connected with an insufflation tube (14) that is equipped with a mouth piece (15) for insufflation of air by user. The insufflation tube extends along a strap (4) of a back part (3) of the back-pack. A deflation valve (13) is arranged at a level of a lower part of the back part of the back-pack, and is activated from outer side of the back-pack. The back part is equipped with the cushion extending over a surface of the pack. The cushion has a sealed outer wall defining a compartment containing foam materials.
