The device has a limiter circuit (B2) and a large electric circuit (B3) for allowing passage of electric current and voltage required by an electronic equipment e.g. washing machine, when the equipment is in a standby state and a working state, respectively. The circuits form an energy circuit (B). The limiter circuit limits the electric consumption and the voltage produced in a range of 90-95 percentages when the equipment is in the standby state. A control circuit (B4) opens the large electric circuit when the equipment is in the working state.
