The device has an additional detachable sheet or protecting band (5) incorporated at an opposite edge of an upper outlet (2) of an insulated bag (1) that is used for containing food such as fish, by adhesive material points or fixation unit, where the sheet is made of siliconed paper. The sheet is removed when the food is introduced into the bag such that a passage of the food via the upper outlet does not stain or wet the edge of the outlet. The bag has a body formed of sheets that are made of plastic coated paper or plastic material. The outlet has notches at its ends.
