The method involves obtaining orientation information of a directional antenna of a node on a wireless synchronous communication channel for establishing a following communication on another communication channel, where the orientation information includes an identifier of a source node to emit the data content on the latter communication channel during the following communication. The node is synchronized in the latter communication channel using the orientation information of the antenna for the following communication. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program product downloadable from a communication network and/or recorded on a computer readable medium, comprising program code instructions for executing a method for synchronizing a node in communication channel (2) a storage medium storing a set of instructions for implementing a method for synchronizing a node in communication channel (3) a node of communication network, comprising a set of nodes.
