The projectile (1) has an external aerodynamic shell (2) with a closed cell presenting surface hardness greater than 70 international rubber hardness degrees (IRHD). A content (3) is formed of a soft material mass that is viscoelastic, thermostable and deformable without rupture and homogeneity loss. The mass comprises rheofluidifying additives, metallic particles, compounds of heavy metals, product/mixture. The product/mixture presents density greater than 1.4 grams/ centimeter cube, and viscosity greater than 50000 milli Pascal second for temperature ranging between -5 and 40 degree Celsius.
