The device has main parts e.g. part (1) such as circular plate, and a connection part (2), assembled with each other to form wall panels, partition or curtains. The part (1) has a cut arranged so as to form an articulated hook whose impression forms a loop, where the cut is in a shape of circle. The hook of the part is fitted in the loop so as to assemble the parts, where the parts are made of plastic or rigid material. Ends of the cut are extended by notches directed towards an interior of circle. The connection part has a cut arranged in a constitutive part of the hook.
