The grid has an elementary grid mesh surface comprising a canoe-shaped spring (63) with a tab connection part (633) formed on an end portion of a curved surface connection part (632). The spring comprises tabs (634) each having a shape of a plate with a preset length and applying a given elastic force on the spring. The tab connects two sides of the tab connection part with the mesh surface such that the tab connection part is projected to a preset height from the mesh surface.
