The tool has a U-shaped rod provided with two rectilinear U-shaped branches (2, 4), where the tool is in the form of a folded steel strip, and the branch (2) is provided with a curved free end (8). A semi-circular shaped elastically deformable connection zone (6) connects the U-shaped branches. A transporting handle forming protective cover (10) is arranged at a free end of the branch (4) and is centered with respect to the branch (2). The branch (4) permits gripping of the tool.
