The device has a yoke (6) that spans an anterior rod until the yoke contacts with a lever (2), where hooks of the yoke are adapted to a shape of a posterior rod. A steel piece is applied with manual pressure at the level of a semi-tubular shaped head (4) to engage clips (1) on the anterior rod and to immobilize tension provoked by the effect of the lever. The semi-tubular shaped head is placed on an upper part of the lever, where the clips are located at a lower level of the head.
