The device has a pinion for engaging racks, where the device is positioned along an opening direction of a casement. The racks are connected to an end of the pinion by threaded holes (14, 15) at upper and lower locking bars (16, 17). A U-shaped cutter is provided at an end of a rack (3) for permitting bolting of a screw on an oblong hole of a wing of a clamp (8). The clamp is fixed on a bolt (9) at the rear of the lock using cone-point set screws. Mini boxes (25) providing horizontal closing points are placed on a path of a vertical rod linkage.
