The instrument set has two instruments (100, 200) performing a circular cut and two parallel longitudinal cuts in a lead sheath of an electric cable. Frames (110, 210) determine open housing (111, 211), and guiding roller and a spindle (220) are arranged in the housing. A disk shaped cutting blade (232) is associated to a stopper (231) supporting against the sheath. Disk shaped cutting blades (130, 232) are arranged in the housing opposite to the guiding roller and the spindle, and such that a standard deviation is adjustable between the blades, guiding roller and spindle.
