The panel (1) has adjacent parallel laths (2a-2d) fixed on equidistant lateral and central transversal sleepers (3a-3d) with respective cylindrical vertical connecting dowels (5a-5d) i.e. small rods, where the sleepers are extended towards the exterior of the panel on a certain length, above the lath (2a) by a front end portion. The lath (2d) has a central opening (40) i.e. hole, and a circular opening (4), which are opened towards the bottom and are dimensioned and positioned to cover the dowels belonging to an adjacent panel installed on ground by fitting from the top towards the bottom.
