The element (1) has a part (4) i.e. exhaust gas post-processing element, and a part (5) i.e. silencer, which are presented in the form of cases (7, 8) comprising envelopes. The envelopes are formed by rolled tubes (72, 82), where sections of the tubes vary between the parts. An intermediate part (6) is presented in the form of a plate (9) and interposed between the parts (4, 5). The tubes (72, 82) are respectively integrated to surfaces of the plate by integration units (10, 11). The integration units are formed by a weld.
