The cover (1) has an inner volume receiving a padding material (13) and a tie (2) i.e. rope, passing through a protecting unit that is formed of a fabric sleeve, where the cover is of rectangular, square or cylindrical shape. The tie is connected to fixed and removable points (5a, 5b), where the points are brought closer or separated from one another by modifying length of the tie so as to modify shape of the cover. The tie is positioned at the center of the cover between two padding material receiving compartments (6a, 6b).
