This device also comprises an endpiece (150) forming a support for the tube (110) equipped with the actuator (120). At least one external portion (153) of the endpiece (150) extends axially from the second end (112) of the shaft and in the direction of the first end (111), until the level of at least a portion of the output shaft (121).
