The device has a complete internal silver reflector (4) and a case block (1) including an electrical system possessing a length of 145 millimeter, height of 45 millimeter and thickness of 35 millimeter. The block is fixed on the rear of a two-wheeler such as motorcycle or scooter, by two fixation holes (5). Wires are passed through a wire passage hole (6) and connect a control button to a handlebar of the two-wheeler. The block is actuated by a handlebar contactor so as to enable appearance of an inscription such as thank you.
