The device has a solid semi revolution ellipsoid (1) whose 86 degrees normal points form an angle of 45 degrees with a revolution axis and correspond to the rotation axis, and 15 degrees normal points form an angle of 5 degrees with the revolution axis and correspond to the revolution axis. The revolution ellipsoid is placed at a side of a truncated solid revolution cone (2). A small solid cylinder (3) is placed at a side of the revolution cone.
