The needle has a mandril guided inside a traversing longitudinal orifice of a longilineal element so as to slide the mandril towards a distal or proximal end of the needle, and a longitudinal guiding surface situated at its periphery, where the surface is in the form of a passage. The surface is extended on entire length of the needle. The surface has two longitudinal grooves that are arranged symmetrically on two sides of the needle. A single blocking element i.e. spear (7), is arranged at the distal end of the needle.
