The holder (10) has two inner blades (13A, 13B) spaced in a manner to create a slit (13) that maintains an advertising poster. A space between the inner blades and outer blades (12A, 12B) creates two longitudinal lower openings (11A, 11B) that are formed in a lower portion of the holder. Two inclined walls (14A, 14B) guide an insertion of a wall of a pole from the openings to stoppers e.g. pins (15A, 15B), where the inclined walls limit positions of the pole within the holder, and the insertion of the pole is carried out along an opened angle between the inner blades and the inclined walls.
