The valve has a body (3) delimiting a bore that communicates with tubes. A butterfly obturator is cooperated with an annular seat of the body. The obturator is controlled in rotation for closing or opening the bore, where the obturator comprises a support face with a circular leading curvature radius. The seat has an annular ring (30) comprising an annular groove (31) for defining a support zone (33). The support zone is deformed by flexion under the action of the support face. The ring is mounted inside a protection envelope (36).
