The device has a rotational axle (1) connecting a rigid guiding rod (3) i.e. telescopic rod, at top of a guiding axle (2), and a freely rotatable directive yoke provided with an inclinable rubber wheel (4) and a displacement unit e.g. ski, skate or float. The rigid guiding rod is provided with a handle (5) or a handle bar that receives an accessory e.g. light, control system, where the rigid guiding rod is adjusted based on a size of an infant. A fixation system fixes the rigid guiding rod to a manually releasable joint.
