The system has two pieces such as exterior cover and tank (1A), where the exterior cover is made of polypropylene and the tank is made of polyethylene. The tank contains concentrate of powder, liquid or granule, and a mechanical guide pin allows positioning of the cover with respect to the tank. An exterior of the cover is notched for facilitating a screwing action, and an internal screw thread is screwed on a trade-mineral water bottle. A hinge protects a non-detachment of a polyethylene aluminum cover plate.
