Cosmetic composition (I) for treating keratin fibers such as human keratin fibers, preferably hair, comprises: one or more anionic fixing polymers comprising at least one monomer of vinyl acetate (55-75 wt.%), vinyl tert-butyl-benzoate (15-35 wt.%) and crotonic acid (10-15 wt.%); and cyclohexylamine, in a sufficient quantity to neutralize a part of the fixing polymer, in a medium. Independent claims are included for: (1) aerosol device formed by a container comprising (I) and a composition distribution unit; and (2) a method for cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers, preferably hair, comprising applying (I) to the hair.
