The assembly has a two-stage turbocharging group including a high-pressure turbocharger (9) with a high-pressure compressor (11) mounted in downstream of a low-pressure compressor (6) of a low-pressure turbocharger (5). A high-pressure turbine (12) of the turbocharger (9) is mounted in upstream of a low-pressure turbine (8) of the turbocharger (5), and receives exhaust gas (15) of an internal combustion engine (1) by an exhaust manifold (2). Axes (7a, 10a) of the turbochargers are located in a lower part (4a) or an upper part (4b) of the assembly.
