The process for sintering powdery materials such as a mixture of tungsten, nickel, lithium and manganese having an injection temperature and a sintered temperature, comprises transforming heated material into an insulation mold (5) until the material reaches a temperature close to the sintered temperature, simultaneously subjecting the material contained in the mold to centrifugal force and to an exposure of hyperfrequency electromagnetic field applicator, filling the mold with the powdery materials by injection at a pressure of 2x 10 6Pa, and creating a welding effect on material grains. The process for sintering powdery materials such as a mixture of tungsten, nickel, lithium and manganese having an injection temperature and a sintered temperature, comprises transforming heated material into an insulation mold (5) until the material reaches a temperature close to the sintered temperature, simultaneously subjecting the material contained in the mold to centrifugal force and to an exposure of hyperfrequency electromagnetic field applicator, filling the mold with the powdery materials by injection at a pressure of 2x 10 6Pa, and creating a welding effect on material grains without an additive such as cobalt. The mold is rotated at an angular speed of 100 radian. The static electric field is applied on the material contained in the mold during its rotation. The magnetic resonance changes the fundamental frequency and the spatial distribution of the field, and improves the homogeneity of the heating. An independent claim is included for a device for sintering powdery materials.
