The device (10) has a claw (32) comprising branches (33) extending along a direction, and a bar (40) for connecting the branches. The bar is projected with respect to the branches along another direction perpendicular to former direction. A vibration damper (52) is inserted between the branches during dismounting operation. A lower mount (60) is supported on the branches and on the bar. A brake disk (70) is supported against the branches and the bar during mounting operation.
