The engine has an angular position varying unit with crankshafts (31-34) for varying an angular position around an engine axis (Z) of port-connecting rod axles at same frequency as that of average rotation on planet pinions (51-54). A phase varying unit e.g. helical groove type continuous phase shift device such as BMW(RTM: German automobile) variable valve timing unit (Vanos), continuously varies phasing of the angular variation of the axles with respect to the average rotation of the planer pinions while varying compression rate of the engine.
