The post (P) has a guyed mast (1) receiving a support slide (7) that receives a sectioned base (9), which integrates stanchion's vertical height control levels. The base is placed with an articulated flap relative to the base and adjustable in an angular position based on angulation of a construction to be established. The slide receives a chalk-line door which is placed with chalk-line guiding and returning units, constituted by spans, in combination with a positioner index for aligning a chalk-line in a continuous configuration without crossing strand parts of the chalk-line.
