The medium has a sound film comprising visual and sound representation of sportive activity, for 30 percentage of its duration. A final sound track includes superimposed tracks of different sounds, impacts and low frequencies ranging between 20 hertz and 400 hertz, where sound amplitude of the frequencies represent 5 percentage of total sound amplitude at given instant. The sound track does not include words elaborated into phrases. A relative sound volume increases and decreases when the gesture or movement accelerates or decreases, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for training an athlete to a sportive activity.
