The assembly has articulation modules (10, 20) comprising respective elements (12, 14) and elements (22, 24) articulated with each other around a rotation axis (100). The models have control devices (16, 26) adjusting a relative position between the elements. Rings (18, 28) maintain the elements and the control devices so as to form the models. External flanges (4, 6) are integrated to the element (12) of the model (10) and the element (22) of the module (20). A central flange (2) formed if single piece, is integrated to the element (14) of module (10) and the element (24) of module (20).
