The panel (10) has two zones differentiated in density and material nature along a longitudinal axis (XX') in a plane of the panel, where the panel is obtained by transversal cutting of a parallelepiped block (12) comprising unit modules (14). The unit modules are made of agro-materials and assembled by gluing along the longitudinal axis. The unit modules present different density on edges of the panel to permit compression effect, where the unit modules include a hexagonal section.
