The method involves carrying out a preliminary earthwork of a site of a client, and building a self-supporting structure on the preliminary earthwork under the form of skeleton with Bosch(RTM: Not defined) or Norcan(RTM: Not defined) type aluminum profiles. Lightweight fibrous concrete plates e.g. Fermacell(RTM: Not defined) plates, are applied on the structure by forming a continuous surface adapted to receive a protective cover or sealed application. A vinyl ester resin forming a sealed shell is applied on the surface. The plates are chosen under the form of sandwich plates incorporating glass fibers and expanded glass aggregates. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for constructing a basin.
