The implant (1) has anchoring lateral parts (3, 4) having reduced length (L1, L3) in order of length (L2) of a retaining central part (2) that is interposed between an anterior vaginal wall and a vesical wall. A surface (S3) of the lateral part (4) is equal to a surface (S2) of the central part for a contact to maintain the implant in a U-shaped bladder. The lateral parts have rigidity higher than the length (L2) of the central part. Knitted monofilaments made of polylactic acid are glued between the lateral parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabrication of a textile implant.
