The device has a radar or video type detection unit (1) e.g. radar sensor, associated to a motorized support (2), where the support is managed in horizontal and vertical dimensions. The support is equipped with a video camera (3) associated to a visible lighting unit or infra red lighting unit. A water hose (4) is coupled to a thermal or electric pump. An assembly of the detection unit, support, camera and water hose is connected to a control centre by a digital cable transmission or radio transmission, and is controlled by the digital cable transmission or radio transmission.
