The harness has a semi-rigid part (1) provided on a front side of a body of a wearer e.g. saxophonist, where the semi-rigid part is in the form of a bent rectangular plate. An attaching unit (10) e.g. hook, assures carrying of a load e.g. saxophone, and is connected to the semi-rigid part in a zone (11). Another attaching unit e.g. strap, assures connection of the semi-rigid part to the body. The latter unit is connected to the semi-rigid part in another zone (21). The zone (21) is arranged 10 centimeters below the zone (11) after installing the harness on the wearer.
