The device has a cover forming a tunnel (14) partially connected to a frame of a mobile impact crusher (1) downstream of a window (13) equipped with a belt conveyor (11), where the tunnel and the tunnel connection are sealed. A sleeve filter includes sleeves (15) connected to a vacuum chamber for permitting aspiration particles and dusts arriving in the tunnel. Position of the filter is adjustable in height between a retracted position and a deployed position corresponding to a position of the sleeves in and above the tunnel.
