The machine has a machine support (SUP) on which a conical torque element of a kinematics cascade (CAS) is fixed to assure the rotational guiding of gallows (POT), where the cascade is composed of pinions and a chain. The machine is guided along rotation of two blades (BPA) in a generic plane perpendicular at a rotational axis (AXR) and along rotation of the rotational axis of the two blades in another generic plane perpendicular to the former plane. Surfaces of the blades are orthogonal with respect to each other and symmetrically fixed at side on the rotational axis.
