The tractor (1) has a chassis (10) including front and rear parts receiving a front and rear axles (11, 12) of motorized rolling units (13) i.e. wheels, respectively. Each part has two vertical lateral surfaces (14) that are maintained at a distance from one another by a bracing wall. The parts are articulated with respect to one another along a horizontal geometrical axis deployed in a forward direction of the tractor. A value of a wheel track fixed for each axle is higher than a value of a wheelbase fixed for the axles. An independent claim is also included for an agricultural fruit harvesting machine comprising an elongated chassis.
