The device has a horizontal tube acting as a semi curtain rod (1) pivoted along a vertical axis of a vertical tube e.g. pivot tube (2), where the device permits opening of a curtain without touching by simply opening a window and permits opening of the curtains by pulling on rings of the curtains by pivoting the rod when the window is closed. Two corner blocks (4) is provided with oblong fixation holes that allow adjusting the rod horizontally.
