The assembly (1) has a basin (2) with a bottom plane parallel to ground and pierced of a basin hole (3), where basin edge encircles the hole. An inner wall of the basin is hemispherical in shape, and has an evacuation conduit leaving from bottom. The basin has a rear portion (6) with side surfaces extending from the hole to an end opposite to the hole. The rear portion has a reservoir interface at its opposite end to cooperate with a water reservoir (7). The portion is provided with a rotative seat (5) articulated on the assembly in vicinity of the interface, on lateral edges of the basin.
