The device has two electrodes (1, 2) raised at different potentials when a user recharges the device and creating an electric field to ionize gas present in an ionizer (b). Electrons are canalized in an electronic conduit (4) and linked to the electrode at the positive potential until the electrons return to a charge trap (d). Ions are canalized in an ionic channel (5) so as to be linked to the electrode at the negative potential and to be rejoined to the charge trap. The ions and electrons are attracted to each other and mutually trapped in a potential trough.
