The stripper has rotors equipped with nozzles that are placed at an end of a branch pipe integrated to a compressed gas distributor, where geometry, dimension and functional specifications of elements of the stripper are determined in a manner so that the striper is fitted in a circular area whose diameter is of 68 centimeters. A fixing support is connected to a vegetation deflector (12) of a stripping device by a spacer bar around the rotor. The deflector has circular slots (120) with radius corresponding to turning radius of the corresponding nozzles.
