The conduit (1) has an electrical resistive heating unit constituted by an electrical resistive wire (8) placed between interior and exterior constitutive layers (6, 7) of a tube (2). An electrical connector (4) is provided near a coupling fitting (3) to supply electrical energy. A transferring unit has a sleeve i.e. metallic tubular portion (9), with better heat conduction qualities, to transfer heating power towards a coupling fitting zone. The exterior constitutive layer is made of material such as thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic polyurethane, with better heat insulating qualities.
