The exchanger has a set of U-shaped channels (10) opened at an end (10a) in a fluid collecting inlet case (20a) and at another end (10b) in another fluid collecting outlet case (20b). The case (20a) is divided into a distal compartment and a proximal compartment. A fluid injecting pipe (40) extends across the compartments, and is arranged in a part of the case (20a) situated opposite to an outlet of the channels with respect to a longitudinal axis (A) of the case (20a).
